You know this kind of day: You wake up in the morning to the alarm blasting, roll out of bed and kick your toe.  After jamming some food into your mouth while juggling getting everyone ready and out the door, you find yourself stuck in traffic. When you finally get into work your day continues on a downward spiral of missed appointments, misunderstandings etc. etc. We’ve all had them! and we’ve also had this kind of day (thank goodnes!): You wake up in the morning just a minute or two before your alarm, you stretch and roll out of bed effortlessly. New soap in the shower…. great, you love the new brand of shampoo you’ve just bought…. yeah.  You go into the kitchen, the fridge is full and you enjoy a moment of eating breakfast before you glide out the door, computer in one hand and everything else you need for a successful day in the other. Traffics flows, meetings flow, laughter and appreciation flows…
